The sport shot to fame in 2004 thanks to the Hollywood movie 'Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story' starring Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughan and the sports popularity has now crossed over to the 5x60 scheme. This months featured video shows pupils from Ysgol Morgan Llwyd, Wrexham at a Dodgeball session.

The aim of Dodgeball is fairly simple - eliminate all of your opposition. There are a number of ways you can do this:

• Catching a ball after it hits someone and before it hits the ground or walls allows the hit player to stay in but the thrower is out
• Hitting an opponent with thrown balls
• Dropping the balls used to block an opponent's thrown balls eliminates the blocker
• Catching an opponent's thrown balls in the air prior to it hitting the ground or walls.
